At Pixowl Shop, we strive to provide authentic and high-quality gemstones, crystals, and spiritual products. However, due to the nature of these products, our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry practices.

Returns Policy

We offer a limited return window under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging, certificates (if any), and invoice must be intact

Product should not be damaged, altered, or energized after delivery

This aligns with common gemstone industry practice where items must remain unused and in original packaging to qualify for return. 

 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive and personalized nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

Energized or activated products

Customized jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets)

Items purchased during sale/clearance

Rudraksha, malas, and wearable spiritual items (for hygiene reasons)

Products showing signs of usage or tampering

Many gemstone platforms also restrict returns on customized or used items. 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product received in damaged condition

Manufacturing defect

To request an exchange:

Share clear images/videos as proof

Once approved, we will initiate a replacement based on availability.

Refunds are processed only if:

Return is approved after inspection

Product meets all return conditions

Refund Process

Refund will be initiated to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval

Bank processing may take additional time

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless error is from our side)

This is consistent with industry norms where shipping is usually non-refundable unless the product is defective. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after cancellation approval

 Important Notes

Natural gemstones and crystals may have variations in color, texture, and appearance — these are not defects

Results from gemstones or spiritual products may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed

Pixowl Shop reserves the right to reject returns if products do not meet eligibility criteria
